These terms apply to editing work by Elisproductions Ltd and to the use of elisproductions.com. Each project also has its own quote or agreement, which takes priority if the two differ.
The work
We edit footage that you supply. The scope, number of revision rounds, deliverables and turnaround for each project or series are set out in its quote.
Your footage and materials
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all the footage, music, logos and other materials you send us, and that we may use them to make your edit.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final exported videos. Project files, templates and working files remain ours unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Showing the work
We may show finished, publicly released work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Payment
Invoices are due within [[PAYMENT_TERMS]]. For ongoing series, billing follows the schedule in the quote.
Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
This website
The content of this site is provided for information. Client names, logos and videos belong to their owners and appear with their context.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
