How revisions, cancellations and refunds work on projects with Elisproductions Ltd.
Revisions
Each project includes the revision rounds stated in its quote. Changes beyond that, or changes to the brief after editing has started, are quoted separately.
Cancelling a project
You can cancel at any time by email. You pay for work completed up to that point; any deposit covers work already scheduled. [[CANCELLATION_TERMS]]
Ongoing series
An ongoing series can be paused or ended with [[NOTICE_PERIOD]] notice. Episodes already delivered are not refundable.
Refunds
If something isn’t right, tell us at contact@elisproductions.com and we’ll fix it first. Where a refund is due, we pay it within [[REFUND_PERIOD]] to the original payment method.
